When the color wears out after two or three days, simply retouch them and maintain the color.

After trimming the eyebrows and without applying any skincare products or makeup, shape the outline of your eyebrows as you desire. Apply the 4-tip applicator vertically and gently draw eyebrow strand by strand from the front. Don't wash your brows with cleansing products or rub them, if you want the color to remain longer.

Return/Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the item to us. There's NO REASON needed for returns, but please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
To start a return, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since the delivery date, we won't be able to offer a refund.

Please ensure that the tracking number of your return shipment is sent to us within 3 days after we provide you with the return address, or the cancellation process will be cancelled.

Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These include items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. Exchanges (if applicable): We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
