Return/Refund Policy

At Bunhery, we believe in quick and easy returns, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.

7 Days NO REASON Return Policy: You have 7 days from the date of package delivery to return items to us, no questions asked. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since the package was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund. Please note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us within the 7-day period after the package is delivered. We'll provide you with our current return address. Please ensure that the tracking number of your return shipment is sent to us within 3 days after we provide you with the return address, or the cancellation process will be cancelled.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These include items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company and bank. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@bunhery.com.

Exchanges (if applicable): We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping: You'll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
