Return/Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the item to us. There's NO REASON needed for returns, but please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
To start a return, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since the delivery date, we won't be able to offer a refund.

Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since the package was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund. Please note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us within the 7-day period after the package is delivered. We'll provide you with our current return address. Please ensure that the tracking number of your return shipment is sent to us within 3 days after we provide you with the return address, or the cancellation process will be cancelled.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These include items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Exchanges (if applicable): We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
