Return/Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the item to us. There's NO REASON needed for returns, but please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
To start a return, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since the delivery date, we won't be able to offer a refund.

Please ensure that the tracking number of your return shipment is sent to us within 3 days after we provide you with the return address, or the cancellation process will be cancelled.

Exchanges (if applicable): We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
